THAI YOGA MASSAGE
This ancient form of massage looks like a cross between acupressure and Yoga. Pressure is applied along muscle groups with thumbs, hands, elbows, and feet to stimulate movement of energy in the body, and in addition, the client is moved and stretched in yoga-like poses, freeing muscular and joint tension. Both relaxing and stimulating, Thai Massage improves flexibility, reduces tension, stimulates organs, and balances the body's energy.
No oil is used, comfortable clothing is required.
Now known as "traditional" massage, Swedish Massage includes long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, and shaking motions. It is a very relaxing modality of massage affecting nerves, muscles, glands, organs, circulation, and promotes health and well-being.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains, and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Some of the strokes are the same as in Swedish Massage, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles.
